Acceptance
The Pro Lawyers is operated by Moussa Law Firm for Legal, Financial and International Transactions Consultancy. Using or registering on the platform means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Users must be at least 18 years old.
What the platform is
A technology intermediary that lists verified lawyers and lets users contact them. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or services, and is not a party to any agreement between a lawyer and a client or company.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity on your account. One account per phone number or email. Company accounts are operated by an authorised representative.
Lawyer verification
Licensing details and documents are reviewed before a profile is published. Verification is a check at registration, not a guarantee of competence or outcome. Lawyers must keep their licence valid, follow the professional rules of their country, and report any change.
Search ranking
Profiles of lawyers on the Pro plan appear first, then by rating and verification date unless the user chooses another order. Ranking is not a professional endorsement.
Fees
Each lawyer sets their own fees and scope. Agreement and payment are made directly between the parties; the platform takes no commission or share of fees. Work outside the stated scope is agreed separately.
Pro plan
The plan is optional for lawyers, priced as shown on the plan page and paid by bank transfer to the stated account. It is activated after the receipt is reviewed and does not renew automatically. Fees are non-refundable once activated, unless activation fails for a reason attributable to the platform. The plan does not affect verification, and suspension for a breach does not oblige a refund.
Urgent requests and company projects
Urgent requests are shown to available lawyers in the same country; no reply or arrival time is guaranteed. This is not a substitute for police, ambulance or emergency services. Company projects are shown to eligible lawyers according to their plan, and the company chooses an offer freely.
Content and reviews
Only clients whose request was completed may leave a review. Abusive or misleading content, personal data and confidential case details are prohibited, and the team may hide such content.
Prohibited use and suspension
Impersonation, forged documents, unlawful or unprofessional use, and attempts to circumvent the platform are prohibited. The team may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, neither the platform nor its operator is liable for the quality of legal services, case outcomes, disputes between lawyers and clients, or indirect damage arising from use of the platform.
Changes
These terms may be amended; changes are published here with the update date. Account holders are notified by email of material changes, and continued use after publication means acceptance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to the professional rules of the lawyer’s country of licensing.
